4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
For any claim related to:
- transit damage
- missing products
- incorrect items
- packaging issues
a clear parcel opening video is mandatory.
The video must:
- start before opening the package
- clearly show the sealed parcel
- remain continuous without cuts or edits
- clearly display the issue being reported
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not qualify for review.
This policy helps protect both our customers and Mora Jewel from fraudulent claims.
5. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Personalized products
- Sale or discounted items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
