Mora Jewel reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions.


3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • an incorrect product
  • a defective piece
  • a missing item

48 hours of delivery

  • Parcel images
  • Unboxing video
  • Brief explanation of the issue

Approved requests may qualify for:

  • replacement support
  • exchange assistance
  • Mora Store Credit

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For claims related to:

  • damaged products
  • transit damage
  • missing items
  • incorrect products

a parcel opening video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • begin before opening the package
  • clearly display the sealed parcel
  • remain continuous without cuts or edits
  • clearly show the reported issue

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not qualify for review or approval.

This policy helps protect both our customers and Mora Jewel from fraudulent claims.


5. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized jewellery
  • Personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Certain additional products may occasionally be marked non-returnable on the product page for hygiene or quality assurance reasons.


6. Return & Refund Resolution

At Mora Jewel, approved return requests may be resolved through:

  • replacement support
  • Mora Store Credit

depending on the nature of the request and verification review.

At this time, Mora Jewel does not offer direct monetary refunds to the original payment method.

Our policies are designed to maintain product quality standards while continuing to offer thoughtfully curated jewellery at accessible luxury pricing.


7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be approved in select situations, subject to:

  • stock availability
  • successful quality verification
  • product condition review

Mora Jewel reserves the right to determine exchange eligibility on a case-by-case basis.


8. Return Shipping

If a return request is approved due to:

  • verified transit damage
  • incorrect item sent by Mora Jewel
  • defective product received

Mora Jewel will arrange or cover the applicable return shipping process.


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Mora Jewel reserves the right to cancel any order in situations including but not limited to:

  • stock unavailability
  • pricing inaccuracies
  • suspicious transactions
  • unverifiable COD orders
  • fraudulent activity

Customers will be informed accordingly in such situations.


10. COD Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available only for select PIN codes and eligible orders.

Mora Jewel reserves the right to:

  • restrict COD for certain locations
  • verify COD orders before dispatch
  • disable COD access for high-risk transactions

Repeated failed COD deliveries may lead to future COD restrictions.
